The Nock Academy Yoga & Fitness Studio.

Our Yoga & Fitness studio is located at 10 Commercial Street in Stouffville.

At The Nock Academy we have 2 studios dedicated to fitness, health (mental and physical) and wellbeing.

Our Nock Academy Yoga and Pilates studio is located on the top floor and has over 1000 square feet of space to welcome you comfortably into a class. The studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks and any props that you may need in your class. If you prefer to bring your own, that's ok. The warm, zen space aids you in becoming grounded and present allowing you to fully immerse yourself into your practice.
