Kelly Mason

Kelly is a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy; she is also a Holistic Nutritionist and has a solid background in fitness. Kelly believes in a holistic approach to full body wellness and appreciates the profound impact massage therapy can have on the body.
In 2020 she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She soon discovered the benefits of Oncology massage which included improved relaxation, sleep and immune function as well as relieving pain, fatigue and anxiety.

Kelly enjoys incorporating a mix of modalities including Swedish massage, Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy and stretching techniques but Oncology massage will always be her passion and true calling.
