Non-RMT Massage Therapy
Non-RMT Massage
Massage therapy, even when provided by a non-registered therapist, can offer numerous benefits for both the body and mind. Regular massage can help alleviate stress, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall relaxation. For those experiencing minor aches, pains, or the daily stresses of life, a skilled massage therapist can help restore balance and promote well-being. While non-registered massage therapists may not have the same formal training as Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), they often bring a wealth of experience and a personalized approach to their practice, focusing on the individual needs of each client.
Non-RMT Thai Massage
Thai Massage is an ancient and dynamic bodywork therapy in which the practitioner skillfully places the client into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches while applying compression techniques by palm, thumb, elbow or foot pressure linked through slow and mindful movement.

The Thai Massage is performed on comfortable floor mats wearing loose yet comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Thai Massage is a very individual experience in the hands of a skilled practitioner, each session is individually customized and tailored to meet specific client needs, ranging from relaxing, passive, slow palm massage for stress reduction, to an energetic, deep work massage using elbows and knees to apply stronger presses accompanied by stretching, tractions, and twists. Slow and rhythmic, each posture flows easily into the next. Mild, firm or strong touch techniques are applied to create a powerful, singular, healing experience. A relaxing and rejuvenating form of passive yoga, Tai Chi and Eastern massage techniques combined.
